With all the hard work, queuing for goods in the bitter winter cold for hours and hours in the past week since the NEWS concert, we are really really upset by just
1 customer who thinks providing JE goods is
our livelihood and that we own Japan Post. Let me stress that we are only doing this out of our love and interest for JE.
Therefore, we will not hesitate to blacklist or take legal action against anyone who insinuates or instigates negative comments that are directed at us
personally.
We do not think it is nice to comment on one's financial situation when one is ignorant. However, we stress that we are open to constructive feedback be it positive or negative. We hereby reserve the right to refuse to provide merchandise to this individual concerned and will fully refund whatever deposit that has been paid. Deposits are not a joke, it is a binding and confirmation of one's intent to purchase.
If you are nice, we will be nicer and will go all out to help you.
Being a You & J member is not an easy task. Furthermore, you have to be Japanese or be fully conversant in the Japanese language and have a local postal address. I am sure other JE vendors worldwide will fully agree with me wholeheartedly.
On this note, we sincerely pay tribute to all other JE vendors for their past efforts!! WE WERE THERE TOO And we salute you on your perseverance. We are sure, you too, will not tolerate cancellations after spending THAT much time in the queue!
It is rather sad that we have to post something like this after having enjoyed the Hey! Say! JUMP! Jumping Tour and being ecstatic over Daiki and Keito waving directly at us and seeing all members just a metre away.
Sadly, this post is inevitable as we do not wish to be faced with situations that we cannot tolerate. We will also not hesitate to stop this service and just keep You & J to ourselves.
